IBM TotalStorage SAN24M-1 (2026-224, replaces McDATA 4500) fabric switch provides 8, 16, 24-ports, 2Gbps fabric switching for Windows NT/2000 and UNIX server clustering, infrastructure simplification and business continuity solutions. The base switch offers zoning, SANpilot and attachment in IBM SAN m-type core-to-edge fabrics. With Element Manager feature, provides FC-AL tape attachment to IBM SAN m-type directors under McDATA Enterprise Fabric Connectivity Manager.
